Lounging around

Lounging around – what to do in a SkyTeam Branded lounge

Seasoned road warrior or flying for pleasure – a SkyTeam lounge offers a welcome retreat from the busy and overwhelming terminals. Our sixth lounge recently opened at Beijing’s Capital International Airport and with others in London Heathrow, Sydney, Hong Kong, Dubai and Istanbul, you will find plenty to do next time you fly by:

Make yourself at home… Picture windows offer panoramic airport views or get back to nature by the ‘living wall’ of plants with a wow-factor that’s a feature in all our lounges. Grab a newspaper or magazine and get comfy.

…and relax
Travel can take its toll, so take time out to unwind. Freshen up with a shower, de-stress in a massage chair and, if you are in London, enjoy a complimentary Clarins spa treatment. Or find your inner calm in the dedicated Yoga studio in our Hong Kong lounge.

Bon appetit!
With 20 global members, you’ll always find a choice of international cuisine to suit your taste buds. Our Hong Kong lounge has a noodle bar offering cooked-to-order fresh food and there’s a wide range of hot meals and healthy snacks available throughout the day in all our other lounges. The self-service bars in all the lounges let you choose what you want to drink, whenever you want. In London, Sydney, Dubai and Beijing lounges feature elegant wine bars for a social network over your favorite tipple.

Stay connected
You are always on: so are we. Dedicated work areas with printers, Wi-Fi and plenty of sockets to charge up keep things ticking over when you’re out of the office. For the latest global news, you’ll find separate TV rooms too.

Keep the kids busy
Mini globetrotters are welcome, especially in our Dubai lounge where there’s a dedicated children’s area to keep them entertained.

Come back soon
The more you fly, the faster you’ll gain Elite Plus status, giving you and a guest lounge access whenever you travel on an international SkyTeam-operated flight. You’re also eligible for lounge access whenever you fly in First or Business class.
